Anita Briem has been an actor in Iceland for more than twenty years. Anita is best known as the actress who was Jane Seymour in the TV show The Tudors. Briem was nine when she began acting at the Icelandic National Theater. As a child actress, she was a part of various plays, television programs and radio programs in her native Iceland.
